Bangkok-based fast fashion company Pomelo opens its Singapore flagship store on 12 June 2019 at 313@Somerset. As the largest Pomelo store to date, this store is the first out of its native Thailand as part of the brand’s expansion into Southeast Asia.
Well-loved by Singaporeans since 2013, Pomelo’s flagship store in Singapore now offers customers a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) experience across desktop, mobile, and offline channels, in order to provide a variety of retail options for their customers.
With the “Pomelo Pick Up” feature, shoppers can try on their online purchases and only pay for what they take home. Proven immensely successful in Thailand, this strategy ensures a premium shopping experience by combining the convenience of online shopping with the surety afforded by offline retailing.
Pomelo customers looking to pick up their online orders can do so by scanning a QR code at the self-service kiosk before proceeding to collect their packages.
The store also offers 14 wheelchair-friendly fitting rooms, booked through the in-store booking system, so that customers can have a seamless shopping experience.
The Singapore flagship store spans over 6,000 square feet and will house Pomelo’s full catalogue of 8,000 products across different fashion brands and product lines such as Pomelo, menswear collection "PM.", sportswear collection Alita, and Purpose, the brand’s sustainable collection. Pomelo’s first cosmetics line, Beet, will also be sold at the store.

• First 50 in the queue will receive a shopping voucher worth S$300. The next 50 people in line will each receive shopping vouchers worth S$100. The remaining customers will each receive shopping vouchers worth S$50.
