Sitting down to brunch with a couple of friends can be such a relaxing thing to do especially on a weekend. It’s a great way to unwind and to spend some quality time with the people who matter most. 

So instead of wasting your time looking for the perfect brunch spots, we’ve created the ultimate guide to the best Sunday brunches in Singapore so that you can totally find something to suit your budget and taste quickly.

1. Boufe Cafe

Boufe Cafe is fairly out of the way if you don’t have a car but if you’re willing to make the trek, you’ll find a beautiful and cosy cafe with great food.

If you’re feeling ravenous, try Boufe’s big breakfast, the Triple B ($20). If you have a sweet tooth, the Brioche French Toast ($17) is a favourite of many of the regulars.

To end your meal, try some of Boufe’s incredibly Instagrammable desserts like their unicorn cake ($9) which is made of a coconut mousse.

2. Relish

Relish is a cosy and very pretty cafe located on the second floor of Cluny Court which is opposite Botanic Gardens.

They have an all day brunch menu with delicious buttermilk pancakes ($12). If you’re feeling like having something less traditional, try their Bangers & Potato Rosti ($18).

Relish also has a daily breakfast set which includes eggs, coffee and toast ($8.90) from 9am-11am if you’re feeling like having an affordable brunch.

3. The Providore Mandarin Gallery

The Providore at Mandarin Gallery is a beautiful place for a Sunday brunch because of its central location and the fact that it has an indoor an outdoor seating arrangement. If it’s a cool day, the outdoor seating is a gorgeous place to just people watch.

If you’re trying to be healthy, opt for the Smashed Avocado on Toast ($18.50) which is served with poached eggs and is very filling.

6. Sarnies

Sarnies is a great place if you re looking for a hearty and delicious breakfast without much of the frills. 

Try their Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs ($23) if you’re not sure what to order because the combination of the slightly salty smoked salmon with the perfectly cooked eggs will be the perfect.

If you’re looking for something heartier, try their Fry-Up ($25.90) which has more meat and bacon in it to completely fill you up.

7. The Assembly Ground

Assembly Ground, which is located at The Cathy, is a cosy cafe and their brunches are certainly for people who prefer something heavier and more filling.

Try the Assembly Brunch ($19.50) for a taste of everything from eggs to potato gratin. The meal is filling as well as incredibly delicious.

If your tastes are a little bit more specific, try the Eggs Zoey ($16.50) which is poached eggs with smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce and brioche.

8. Breko Cafe

Breko Cafe is a hole in the wall cafe located along the stretch of food joints in Holland Village. It is a cosy place that can get quite crowded over the weekends. However, if you go during the off peak timings, you can enjoy a peaceful and quiet cafe with incredible food.

For a traditional meal, try the Eggs Benedict ($14.90). You are sure to get that perfect shot of the runny yolk over the English muffin.

For something heavier, try the Beef Mac ’n’ Cheese ($15.50). The pasta is not overcooked and the cheese served with it is rather generous. There is also a large helping of green chili, yellow courgette and ground beef that comes with it.

9. Antoinette

SPRMRKT recently reopened in Cluny Court and their new location is just as sleek and beautiful as their last one. 

Try their Avocado on Toast ($13) which is a simple but delicious dish that will surely make your day. If you’re feeling hungrier, try their Smoked Salmon and Spinach Egg White Omelette ($16) which is served with brioche.

11. Robert Timms

Robert Timms originates from Australia and its one of the most established bistros there. In Singapore, Robert Timms is generally a place where you can expect to have a very chill and hearty breakfast.

The Baked Eggs ($20) is great if you don’t mind a tomato undertone in your food. If you prefer something more Westernised, try their Bacon, Eggs & Waffle ($18) which gives you a taste of everything.

12. Drury Lane

Drury Lane is a very cosy and homely cafe. Personally, it makes for an affordable and great place to have a solo brunch with a good book or some music. 

The cafe is also pretty well known for their unique creations.

For example, if you’re a fan of salted eggs, try their Salted Egg Yolk Eggs Benedict with Grilled Prawns ($17). The salted egg yolk is served with prawns and crunchy kale to make the perfect dish.

13. Stamping Ground Coffee

Stamping Ground Coffee is located along Upper East Coast Road which can make it a bit out of the way if you don’t live in East. However, if you’re in the area, this is totally worth the detour. 

The cafe features a floral-themed interior which is perfect for the Instagrammer in you.

The cafe only has three breakfast items on their menu but each dish is so well thought out and delicious that you can totally excuse them for their lack of variety.

Try their Avocado on Toast ($13) for something healthy and filling. For something a bit more unique, try their Bacon Jam ($14) which is a slice fo brioche with bacon, mozzarella, arugula, and balsamic on it.

Kith Cafe is the place to go if you’re going to brunch with a bunch of picky eaters. With their extensive brunch menu, there will certainly be something for everyone.

As the name suggests, Baker & Cook is a cafe that specialises in bread and pastries. 

 For something simple but good, try their Simply Scrambled Eggs ($14) for some eggs on toast. Another must-try would be their Baker & Cook Deluxe Granola ($13).

 While you’re there, don’t forget to sample some of their well-known breads. You can get a selection to share with an order of their Baker & Cook Freshly Baked Bread Selection ($10).

17. Super Loco

Super Loco is a Mexican restaurant with a pretty unique brunch menu Mexican-inspired brunch menu. If you’re looking for a unique twist on your usual eggs on toast, this is for you.

If you love art or just need some peace, Arteastiq is the place to go. This is a cafe that also doubles as an art studio.

20. Sacha & Sons

Sacha & Sons is a deli which is modelled after the deli’s one can find in New York. They serve their own take on New York deli food and has managed to gain their own loyal following for their great food.

For a delicious but hearty breakfast that is not too far out of your comfort zone, try their Scrambled Eggs with Sturgeon, Smoked Salmon, Caramelized Onions and Bagel ($18). If you’re craving something sweeter, go for their Blintzes ($12) which are stuffed crepes with sour cream, cheese and food compote.

21. Two Bakers

Two Bakers is another cosy cafe to try out if you’re looking for a place to have a lazy weekend brunch date.

Try their Pandan Blueberry Hotcakes ($11.80) for an explosion of unique flavours that compliment each other very well. You could also try their Avocado Ricotta Toast ($10.80) for something more traditional but still just as delicious.

22. The Coffee Academics 

The Coffee Academics is certainly no stranger to people especially after it was voted to be one of the best coffee shops in the world by publications such as  Vogue, CNNGo and Buzzfeed.

The cafe is extremely well known for their coffees because they use speciality coffee beans to craft their brews.

23. Strangers’ Reunion

Strangers Reunion is a cafe that is relatively out of the way but if you venture out to it, you will find a cosy and very hipster cafe with incredible food and a wonderful atmosphere.

The cafe’s weekend brunches run from 9am to 5pm and they have a variety of sandwiches as well as traditional breakfast items.

Their Eggs Benedict ($15) is a popular one to try. It is served with poached eggs and a choice of smoked salmon or ham.

If you like sandwiches, you can try their Classic Smoked Salmon ($9) sandwich.

Paddy Hills is another Australian inspired cafe which is fairly out of the way. The best part about the cafe though is the fact that it is far enough away from the crowded areas that it will give you a very peaceful brunch.

26. Bridge Cafe

The Bridge Cafe functions as a cafe during the day and turns into a restaurant and bar at night. It is very minimalistic and simple but also casual and fun.

 Park is a pretty well-known cafe mostly because of it’s convenient proximity to the MRT station. Despite being convenient, the cafe still manages to remain cosy and beautiful with indoor and outdoor seating. 

 If you’re craving something sweet, try their Ricotta Pancakes with Honeycomb Butter ($12.80). The cafe also features familiar classics such as Eggs Benedict ($16.50), Eggs Royale ($16.50), and PARK Big Breakfast ($18.80).

 Do note though that their breakfast items are only available until 5pm.

28. Atlas Coffeehouse

 Atlas Coffeehouse is a gorgeous cafe which is conveniently located a short distance away from Botanic Gardens MRT station.

 If you’re craving something sweet, try their Butterscotch Banana Pancake ($18.50) or their Candied Bacon Buttermilk Waffles ($14) which comes with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. 30. Club Street Social

Club Street Social is a versatile cafe that act as a neighbourhood restaurant, bar and coffee shop. It his tucked away in a quiet corner of Singapore and you would probably miss it if you didn't know it was there. However, this only adds to its charm.

While their brunch menu is relatively small, everything on it is excellent. Try their Pulled Pork Baked Beans ($16) of their Braised Lamb Hash ($20) for a filling but delicious meal. If you’re feeling like something sweeter, try their pancakes ($16) or their House Made Granola and Berries ($14)

32. The Lokal

The Lokal is an Australian-inspired cafe which serves up both local and western brunch options. Perfect if you have a large group who can't decide what they want to eat or picky eaters. 

The cafe also serves up breakfast from 9am to 3.30pm so late starts are totally acceptable here.

Pacamara is a cafe that is really all about their delicious but also totally Instagrammable food.

If you’re a fan of eggs benedict, try their Truffle Benedict ($18) which is one of the most popular ones in Singapore. It’s served with two poached eggs, smokes ham and toasted brioche. The truffle which is added to the hollandaise sauce is what really makes the dish stand out.

34. Hanis @ National Library Board

Brunches at Hanis, which is located at the National Library and is the Hala version of Hans, is a great place to have a hearty and simple breakfast.

 While you won’t anything too fancy or Instagrammable here, the food is really affordable and good and the location is airy and peaceful. The perfect place to relax with a good book.

36. Oriole Coffee + Bar

Oriole is no stranger to most as many would have passed it if you frequent the Somerset area a lot (or if H&M is your favourite clothing store ever).

The cafe serves up breakfast items all day and has a wide variety of items to choose from. For something really filling, try their Fully Loaded (S$22) which comes with just about everything you could imagine in a breakfast dish.

If you’re willing to spend a little more money, Wild Honey at Scotts Square is the perfect place for a gorgeous and delicious brunch.

38. Curious Palette 

Curious Palette is located along Princep Street and is one of the most hidden gems you can find there. The shop has no proper signage and it is buried among many bars. Which is why it's surprising to find that it is almost always really packed.

The interior is very hipster and millennial with a lot of natural light and white.

For something really Instagrammable and delicious, try their Berry Ricotta Hotcake ($18.90). The dish is big enough to feed two and looks almost like a mini garden on a plate.

Don’t forget to try some of their incredible coffee while you’re there too. Their Magic ($5.50), is served in beautiful cups with different colours and tastes exquisite.

For something a little sweeter, their Banana Chocolate Waffles ($11) is an incredible choice. It comes with four quadrants of a waffle with a lot of o chocolate sauce, nuts, banana slices and a hearty dollop of greek yoghurt. You might want to share this dish if you aren’t a big eater.

Bread & Hearth is a cosy cafe which is well-known for its amazing bread selection.

Try their Avocatoast ($12.80). This comes with eggs and a choice of ham, bacon, salmon or mushrooms! Perfect if you like a customised brunch order. You can also try their Signature Breakfast ($14.80) which is really filling and yummy.

Habitat Coffee is a cosy cafe that has remained a favourite for many. They have delicious and affordable food and great coffee that has earned them a loyal following. 

For a simple dish that is hearty as well, try their Eggs Tomato Relish (S$15) which has two eggs, spinach and bacon cooked and served in tomato sauce.

You could also try some of their sandwiches ($9) which make for a great breakfast.

42. M Seven Cafe

M Seven Cafe is an affordable cafe which serves up some pretty incredible breakfast. The best part is that they serve breakfast all day so you can totally still have breakfast at 4pm if you choose.

Try their Truffle Scrambled Eggs ($9.50) for a unique spin on a classic dish. If you are really hungry, try their Big Combo ($9) which features pancakes, bacon, sausages, chicken and eggs.
